Our Story
Why We Built This
Iron Diamond Training was founded with a simple belief: that the best athletic development happens when it's rooted in something bigger than the game. We saw a need in the Churchville community for a facility that didn't just develop players — it developed people.
We built Iron Diamond to be a place where every player, from a five-year-old picking up a bat for the first time to a college athlete chasing a roster spot, could find world-class coaching in a faith-centered environment. Where hard work is celebrated, character is built, and every rep is done as if working for the Lord.
Baseball and softball have a way of teaching lessons that go far beyond the diamond — perseverance, humility, teamwork, and resilience. We believe those lessons are amplified when they're grounded in Christian faith. That's the Iron Diamond difference.
